Who can use FlagPlay

Athletes 13 and older can hold their own login. Under-13 profiles require a parent or legal guardian to create and manage the account. College coaches need a verified .edu email or a FlagPlay-staff-approved program match before viewing recruit data.

Your content

Photos, videos, and combine numbers you upload remain yours. You grant FlagPlay a non-exclusive license to display them on your recruiting profile and in coach-facing search results.

Acceptable use

No impersonation or fake athlete, guardian, coach, or program profiles.
No harassment of athletes, parents, or coaches.
No scraping the directory at scale (use the official coach search).
Uploaded content must depict the athlete who owns the profile, or be used with that athlete's permission and guardian consent when the athlete is a minor.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or remove profiles from the directory when these rules are violated. Report a profile with the in-app report control or email support@flagplay.live. Each report is recorded and sent to the FlagPlay team for review.

Free launch

FlagPlay is currently free for athletes and coaches. If paid features are introduced, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before billing or enforcement begins. Nothing already offered free will be charged retroactively. NextPlay is a separate product with its own plans and terms.

Disclaimers

FlagPlay does not guarantee college offers, scholarships, or recruiting outcomes. Combine numbers shown carry a verification provenance tier — coaches should weight them accordingly.

Changes

We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be announced via email and a banner on /dashboard before they take effect.
