Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions (Athlete Pro, Family, Team, Coach Pro) are non-refundable once charged. You can cancel future renewals any time from /dashboard/billing; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and will not renew again. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for billing errors or duplicate charges — email us and we'll work it out.

Event tickets

Tournament and showcase registrations are refundable until 7 days before the event date. After that, the registration fee is non-refundable but is transferable to a future event of equal value at our discretion.

How to request

Email vonzelle@vzttechconsulting.com with your account email and the charge date. We process refunds within 5 business days back to the original payment method.

Disputes

If you file a Stripe chargeback before contacting us, we may suspend the account until the dispute resolves. Reaching out first is faster and keeps your access active.
