Subscriptions

FlagPlay's paid athlete and coach subscriptions ended at the free launch. When FlagPlay became free, we refund any subscription payment that covered time after the change. FlagPlay is currently free for athletes and coaches. NextPlay is separate and follows NextPlay's own billing and refund terms.

Event tickets

Combine, showcase, and tournament registrations are final and non-refundable once purchased. If FlagPlay cancels an event, every paid registration for that event receives a full refund to the original payment method.

How to request

Email vonzelle@vzttechconsulting.com with your account email and the charge date. We process refunds within 5 business days back to the original payment method.

Disputes

If you file a Stripe chargeback before contacting us, we may suspend the account until the dispute resolves. Reaching out first is faster and keeps your access active.
