What we collect
We collect the data athletes (or their guardians) provide voluntarily — name, date of birth, school, position, combine numbers, photos, videos, and recruiting preferences. FlagPlay does NOT require identity documents or birth certificates to create or maintain a profile. We also collect basic operational data when you use the site (page views, error logs, sign-in events).
How we use it
Athlete data is used to populate the recruiting profile that college coaches view. Operational data is used to keep the site fast and to investigate bugs. We do not sell data to third parties. We do not share data with brands or advertisers.
Under 13 (COPPA)
We require a parent or guardian to create profiles for any athlete under 13. The guardian remains the authoritative account holder until the athlete claims their own login (typically at high school age).
Your rights
You can export your data or delete your account from /dashboard at any time. Self-service deletion ships in Wave 3; in the meantime, email vonzelle@vzttechconsulting.com and we'll process your request within 7 days.
