Must be paid in full by the registration closing date. TEAM DISCOUNTS 2 teams save $25 per team 3-4 teams save $50 per team 5+ teams save $75 per team AWARDS: Division winners receive medals, t-shirts, the MVP award, and the Team Trophy. REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 7/28/2026 at 11:59 pm ROSTERS/WAIVERS: 12 Player Roster Max & 2 Coaches Max Per Team Parental waivers must be signed by the player’s parent or legal guardian. PLAYER ELIGIBILITY/AGE CUTOFF: Players' age will be based on the age that they will be on Aug 01, 2025 TEAM CHECK-IN: Will start one hour ahead of your first game outside the Main Entrance gates. MEDIA WRISTBANDS: Media personnel on the sideline may purchase a media wristband for $50. This will include (1) media wristband. Teams that have not purchased the media wristband package will not be allowed to have their own media people on the sidelines. 2 coaches are allowed on the sideline. REFUND POLICY: Shook Tournament has full confidence that its tournament will take place. We have a no-refund policy once you pay the deposit or the full registration fee. In the unlikely event that your team is unable to play due to injuries, illness, etc., we are happy to provide a credit toward a future Shook Tournament in 2026, provided we receive written notification by 5/20/2026 at 11:59 pm PST. In the unforeseeable scenario that we are impacted by COVID-19 or other virus-related events, including but not limited to a mandatory quarantine and/or shutdown of “non-essential” businesses, we will be offering a credit to a future Shook Tournament. Shook reserves the right to combine divisions if three (3) or fewer teams are signed up in a division.
